Garlic Aioli can be used dynamically with many dishes and sandwiches. Your crab cakes deserve to be treated to something different besides remoulade or tatar sauce (regardless how great they are). Switch up your routine and spread some of this on your next sandwich.
We found this incredibly simple to make, fast, and delicious. We used ours on sandwiches and will be making it a regular condiment in the future.

- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Taste for seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
